Improving Access to Healthcare

The Spring Water Rural Healthcare Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization created to address the lack of access to healthcare in rural underserved communities.

We are combating the healthcare gap in a number of ways, but primarily we partner with area educational institutions to place clinical year graduate students with our preceptors in rural underserved areas.

We facilitate temporary housing for our clinical rotation students through a grant-funded program that helps reduce their student loan burden regardless of whether they choose to become a rural healthcare provider after graduation.

We are also in the early stages of rolling out our Digital Rural Healthcare Solutions Pilot Program that is designed to deliver efficient and effective healthcare to rural elderly populations.

By utilizing technology, such as Telehealth and Remote Patient Monitoring, we plan to reduce the current financial and logistical barriers preventing our network of healthcare providers from delivering care to all of our rural underservered populations.
